Civil Engineering Executive (COO) (Manassas, VA): Plan, direct and coordinate commercial projects; oversee project scoping, costs, budget, quality control, health and safety, field operations/staffing, scheduling, and production process; manage compliance with government regulations; and review performance indicators. Full-time.

REQUIRES: BS in Civil Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent education (3 or 4 year degree) + 6 years’ experience or 8 years’ experience in job or as Civil Engineer, Senior Project Manager or related position, directly managing commercial construction projects valued at or above US$1M, coordinating site operations, overseeing quality and cost control, health & safety, production process, and subcontractors, project managers, and managing compliance with government regulations; Must provide verifiable employment references and able to travel (No.VA. More than 50%, DC & MD).
